Project Process
- Complete coded furniture installation drawing
- Complete installation manual
- Finalize delivery schedule and staging coordination
- Finalize labor requirements and coordinate with installers, electricians and other trades
- Attend all project construction and coordination meetings
- Meet trucks, verify deliveries, and coordinate with installation supervisor
- Direct and coordinate phasing of installation with other trades
- Submit non-billable service orders and applicable documentation for damaged or missing product
- Process service orders and freight claims
- Complete final walk through with customer
- Perform final cleaning/removal of extra product, tools, etc.
- Submit installation completion certificate
